I have browsed the clothing and accessory sections of Zara for years and years but have been too nervous to make a purchase. After reading reviews about the brand’s online shopping and shipping, I was quickly steered away by the horrible experiences previous customers had. I tried to stay away from any online buys from Zara but as soon as I saw this pink hooded jacket, I fell in love! The Hooded Jacket with Zips ($119) is a gorgeous baby pink, wool jacket with a tail. The jacket is heavy enough for cooler weather but it’s not too heavy to wear in Hawaii. The pockets in the front are perfect for chilly hands and the hood really protects against any rain or wind. The jacket feels very well made and I know I’ll get good use out of it for the years to come. For a so called ‘horrible’ shipping process, my jacket came very quickly and in mint condition. I had it shipped to a Zara store in Pasadena near my cousin (thanks for your help, Stephanie!) so that she could pick it up and ship it to me. The jacket arrived at the store in 2 business days and I had the jacket in my hands within a week. I have no complaints about the Zara process or my jacket purchase and I can’t wait to buy more things from the brand!
