The Hair Care Reverse

We all know the drill: shampoo, conditioner, body wash (usually in that order). I’ve always completed my shower routine in that fashion until I read about the shampoo/conditioner switch. Many beauty reporters have written about applying hair conditioner to the mid lengths of your strands and then applying shampoo right after. It seems crazy to condition and then wash the roots, but when you think about it, it makes a lot of sense! Because conditioner can be heavy on the strands, it seems right to apply that and then deep clean with shampoo after. I’m not sure if this really is good for your hair but after washing this way for a week, I’ve noticed that my hair has more volume and is incredibly silky and shiny. I want to know if this process works for you as great as it has for me!
