The February Beauty Bundle

With the end of January and the beginning of the ‘month of love’, I discovered a handful of new products that I’ve been loving! You’ll probably notice that this month’s beauty bundle is more of a tools than makeup stash as I’ve currently been using the same products every month.

Starting off with the tools, I have been and will continue using the Real Techniques Buffing Brush to give my skin a flawless, airbrushed look. I won’t go on a tangent about this brush as I’ve talked about it multiple times before, but I’ll just say that it is the best makeup brush I’ve ever used. Hands down. The Shu Uemura S Curler made its way back into my makeup bag and I’ll be using it to curl my lashes when I don’t want to apply mascara. The small head allows the user to lengthen and define certain parts of the lashes, which is very handy and easy to use. The Bare Minerals Ready Blush/Luminizer in The Love Letter & The Daydream have also been thoroughly talked about on TIN and with good reason. The berry hued blush leaves my cheeks with a natural flush and it lasts all day long! Nails have been my forte for the past couple of months and two products in particular are really leaving a lasting impression on me. When I change my nail polish (which is of course, at least twice a week), I’ll be reaching for the Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover to remove any crazy cuticles and keep my nails looking polished. I’ve discovered a nail wonder in the Revlon Colorstay Gel-Smooth Base Coat to keep my polish lasting all week without chips or streaks (just an fyi, the base coat kept my Julep nail color on for 10 days without chips. 10 days.)

With February well on its way and winter leaving my skin dull and spotty, I’ll gladly welcome Spring with open arms in March/April. Spring, please be good to me.
