My Apartment Real List

As my Waco apartment “move in date” draws closer, my parents and I have been realistically shopping for furniture and decor. Most of the pieces we’ve found are from Target and Wayfair, which boast affordable prices for beautiful accessories. The Modern Anywhere Chair is a neutral must-have for a small space. I love the basic color that will match any piece I’ll add to the living room. In the  living room, I’m expecting to have a coffee table, small chair, and sleeper sofa like the Zipcode Design Kaylee Convertible Sofa. A sleeper couch is essential for guests or just extra general sleeping space. For the bedroom, I love this Andover Mills Ballardvale Panel Bed because the metal frame doesn’t look too bulky. I would love to purchase the Urban Outfitters Eyelash Fringe Comforter to go along with my neutral/pastel theme (here’s hoping)! A desk is an essential for any college student and the Latitude Run Computer Desk is so dreamy. I love how it’s slim but has enough storage for my books and other school supplies. Because the bathrooms are a little small, the Threshold Over Toilet Space Saver Etagere Metal is the perfect storage caddy! It has the perfect amount of storage to keep extra bathroom essentials like towels, soaps and razors. For the dining room, I would combine the Charlton Home Dining Table with mint green Carlisle Metal Dining Chairs (bonus points because the dining chairs can be used as extra seating for the living room)! Last up is the Design House Ajax 3 Light Kitchen Island Pendant, which would light the dining room, kitchen and living room perfectly while still looking chic and modern.
