I’ve been going hiking, to the beach, sunbathing, etc. recently, which all require intense sun protection. It’s almost always hot and humid in Hawai‘i and the blazing sun on my light skin can cause serious damage. I usually aim to get a golden brown shade and instead turn bright red after a couple of hours in the sun. I recently picked up the Neutrogena Beach Defense Sunscreen in SPF 70 in order to protect my skin from harmful UVA/UVB rays on a day-to-day basis. The lotion is lightweight and doesn’t feel sticky or greasy on my skin, which is amazing! Most sunscreens make me want to (not literally) peel my skin off because they’re so uncomfortable to have on, but this one is totally different. I’ll be carrying it around everywhere I go that the sun might hit my skin and hopefully get tan at the same time!
