$201 million over five years. That’s how much money Steph Curry made as he signed a five-year contract with his current team- the Golden State Warriors. As the two-time NBA MVP, Curry definitely should be one of the highest paid players in the league, but that amount of money is unheard of. @ Steph please give me just one so I won’t be in debt forever. In fact, he just got the richest contract in NBA history. Previously, Curry was under a $44 million contract over four years- great pocket change in comparison to what he will make from this day forward. Curry currently records an average of 22.8 points, 6.8 assists, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.8 steals per game, holds the league lead in three-pointers and makes 43.8% of his three’s on average. The amount of money in the contract is basically impossible to imagine, but hopefully Curry will use his insane deal to benefit others as well!
