There are a few beauty products that I’m willing to spend money on, which are usually foundation, concealer, and eyeshadow. I tend to focus the big bucks on base products and the eyes because they’re my favorite to work with. As my makeup regime expands, I‘ve discovered a hole in my collection: cheek products. I’ve had a few blushes that I like but none have completely satisfied me. My lack of contour and highlighting products are also a gaping hole in the collection. This season, I’m really yearning for bright pops of color on the cheeks, light diffusion on the cheekbones, and a nice contour. I’ve got a handful of blushes ranging from Tarte to NARS to Clinique, a Kevyn Aucoin sculpting powder, and an Hourglass highlighter. I can’t wait to fill the cheek product hole in my makeup collection this season!
