After years of recruiting, time, sweat, and tears, National Signing Day is finally here. This day is usually associated with hours of waiting patiently for the top football players in the nation to announce what schools they will be attending, while some choose to not announce at all. Baylor has been lucky that today hasn’t been really stressful in the fact that every committed player has signed with the school. There weren’t any switches to other universities (thank God) and there also weren’t any new names added to the recruit list. We’ve got a few really big guys joining the team such as OL Maurice Porter, a Junior from Navarro College and Dominic DeSouza, another Junior from City College of San Francisco. Arguably our biggest attraction in the class is 5* QB Jarrett Stidham who’s been enrolled at Baylor for the past few months and will be fighting for the starting position against vets Seth Russell and Chris Johnson. I can’t wait for the football season to start and see what these guys are made of! Sic em Baylor football!
