Yes, I’m back with yet another TikTok and this one is from two weekends ago when Baylor played Iowa State and everything was nice and nothing hurt! Of course there were several worrisome moments from that matchup (I wrote my whole play-by-play recap in this post!) but the Bears looked pretty fantastic throughout the first half of the game. On both sides of the ball until the third quarter, Baylor Football looked like the stronger and better team. I love talking about Baylor Football in any avenue, so just like in my last Get Ready With Me TikTok (the last one was for date night with my partner) I spoke at length about the notables I took into account while watching the game (mostly from behind my pillow or the wall blocking our TV). In this TikTok I did my everyday makeup and discussed the anxiety that was the Baylor vs. Iowa State game and somehow, filming my morning routine instantly de-stressed me. Doing my makeup and talking about college football—Baylor Football in particular—are two of the activities where I feel most “in my lane” so I took my everyday beauty pieces and went for it. Since it was just an easy makeup look, I skipped tinted moisturizer and just used my NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Custard for light coverage and set the product with my favorite translucent face powder from the drugstore. I dusted a heaping of bright pink blush to the apples of my cheeks and across my nose for a flush of color, set my brows with the Pixi Brow Gel, and applied several swipes of the Revlon Kiss Balm in Berry Burst on my lips for tint and hydration. This wouldn’t be a makeup and football TikTok if I didn’t put lashings of L’Oreal Lash Paradise Mascara all over my lashes, so I finished the look with that staple product. I spoke about the 3 most essential parts of the game and talked quickly so I could get every word in!
