Jacob purchased his 4Ocean bracelet this past year and I instantly loved the brand’s concept and purpose. 4Ocean is a team that cleans up beaches and coastlines and collects the trash to turn into jewelry. The rubbish that isn’t clean or usable for their bracelets is sent to recycling facilities. Each bracelet is made out of 100% recyclable materials and sold for only $20. The beads are recycled glass bottles and the colored cord comes from recycled water bottles. Because the bracelets are made out of recycled materials, they are 100% waterproof and fairly durable! Jacob has the gray version, which directly supported shark populations and he bought me the pink one for breast cancer awareness. The money used to purchase the bracelets goes toward removing one pound of trash from coastlines per each jewelry item. I love how cute the bracelets are and how they directly support the ocean and its inhabitants!
