So February is here and I know, I know, how did January fly by so quickly? I’ve got a good batch of products that I loved in January and I can’t wait to share them with you all! Let’s get started.
Starting off with skincare, I’ve been using the Sei Bella toner religiously everyday and it’s gotten my oily skin sorted. I’ve just been using a few drops on an exfoliating cotton round and popping it all over my face for a really deep clean. The NARS Sheer Glow foundation made its way back into my makeup bag since I’ve been wanting a fuller coverage than my Chanel VA can give. My skin has been horrible lately and Sheer Glow has come to my rescue to offer me full and flawless coverage everyday. I’ve been applying it with my new favorite Real Techniques Buffing Brush to get the most beautiful coverage! The brush is so soft and the price is definitely right! I’ve been using a brow product for the first time this month, which is the Anastasia Brow Wiz in the color Granite to offer my brows a bit more thickness in the sparse areas. I can’t even say how much I love this product, so a full review should be up this week! Forgetting any dislike I had for eye liners, I actually picked up one that I really like. The Sephora Eye Crayon in Chocolate is the perfect color to line the upper lashline with. Since I’m a huge fan of dark brown smokey eyes, I’ve been lining my lashline with this and smudging it out to give it a more smokey finish. For the cheeks, I’ve been reaching for my Bare Minerals Ready Blush/Luminizer in The Love Letter & The Daydream. The combination offers a darker berry shade as a blush and a bright, almost fluorescent pink as a highlight. When swirled together, the two give the most gorgeous flushed color to the cheeks that lasts all day long. As you can probably tell, I’ve been loving gray polishes this month. The Essie nail polish in the shade Master Plan applies beautifully and lasts so long (6-7 days without chipping). I purchased the Nails Inc. polish in Porchester Square after hearing Anna‘s raves about this polish. It’s the most beautiful lilac-taupe color and the brush head is phenomenal! To remove the different polishes I’ve been sporting, I’ve been reaching for the Sephora Instant Nail Polish Remover, which is one of my favorite purchases ever. It’s the most genius invention for girls who love to change up their polish and it’s only $10 from Sephora!
