Home for the Summer (Again)

By the grace of the old gods and the new (aka André 3000 and Jonathan Van Ness), I passed all of my classes and have returned to my haven for the next three months. This summer will be busy but fruitful as I’ll balance my time between interning with the Hawaii Innocence Project, volunteering with one of the nearby high school football teams, and working part time as an office assistant at HBA. I can’t wait to reunite with my best friends and do what we do best: eating, lounging on the beach, struggling while hiking, and having lots of sleepovers. I always feel most at peace at home with my people and I’m lucky that I have the next three months to work, relax, and refresh with a little help from my therapist!
