It’s often that I fall in love with a handful of garments from the same brand. Ever since my days of shopping at Forever 21 in middle school, I’ve stuck to brands I know and love when I go shopping. Although I’ve since stopped shopping at the young fashion chain, I’ve kept the same rules of “if you like it, don’t change it”. Nordstrom has become my Forever 21 where I now shop for brands such as rag & bone, Chelsea28, Equipment, Joie, Vince, and Topshop. Topshop is one of those brands that really nails it every season from their clothes to the accessories. Recently however, I’ve found a handful of pieces that I’m absolutely in love with. Starting from the left, I picked up this Moto Denim T-Shirt Dress, which is amazing. The sheath style and rolled sleeves create a modern effect on this otherwise plain denim dress. I love it paired with colorful Keds or strappy sandals and I know I’ll be using this throughout the whole year. Next up is a beautiful Cotton Eyelet Sundress from the same brand. This dress is hands down the most gorgeous dress I’ve ever found from Topshop. The thin straps and layered top make it perfect for the end of the summer transitioning into fall. I didn’t purchase this one however, because the chest area was horribly small on my frame. I would have done anything to purchase this dress but I sadly had to leave it on the rack. Last but not least is a fabulous floral frock. The floral overlay dress (similar here) was fun and had a lovely color scheme. The concept of an overlay dress fascinates me and made me want to run it towards the cash register. I also loved the style of the dress and the fact that it had pockets! Overall, Topshop is definitely hitting the nail on each one of its fashion categories and I know that I’ll be checking up on the brand throughout the rest of the year.
