Unlike many single people on February 14th, I get really excited about Valentine’s Day, which I like to call “Galentine’s” (giving a nod to my favorite gal Leslie Knope). Galentine’s is all about spending time with the ladies in your life and the idea is very “girl power-ish”. One of my favorite gal friends is Mik and we’ve been through a lot together throughout the past three years.
I love seeing people happy and full of love and my day is usually full of things to do to keep me productive. Today I started off with a 3.5 hour long rehearsal and got my hair chopped off (post coming tomorrow!) followed by a cozy night in with my favorite episodes of Parks and Recreation and a giant box of chocolates from the Honolulu Chocolate Company thanks to my dad. I had a great Galentine’s Day and I hope you all did too!
