Bath Products

L’oreal Eversleek Argan Oil

I’ve always heard good things about Argan and Moroccan oil for hair. I must say that when I first tried this out, I kind of freaked out when I realized that it was an actual oil. Fears aside, I ran this through my damp hair and when it dried, I couldn’t believe the softness and shine that was left! It’s an amazing protectant against heat damage and it makes my hair incredibly silky and smooth.

Soap & Glory Clean On Me

Soap and Glory is an amazing brand with incredible products! Clean On Me is refreshing and smells so incredibly good! I love using this in the shower and then following up with the brand’s body butter.

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle

Because of all the heat damage that my hair has suffered from, I’ve been using this as a conditioner every night, rather than a mask. I’ve never tried any of Aussie’s other products, but this one gets a gold star in my book! It makes my hair soft and it smells amazing.

Makeup

NARS Sheer Glow Foundation in Punjab

I’ve already reviewed this foundation in previous blog posts, but I just need to say how much I love it! It makes my skin look flawless and glowing without any sparkle or glitter. I love this foundation so much and I will definitely repurchase it when I run out!!

Maybelline Color Whisper Lip Balm in Plum

Although I bought the plum-looking shade, I didn’t expect it to turn into a fuchsia color on my lips! I’m not really a pink lipstick sort of person but this shade works amazingly on my skin tone! It lasts for hours without needing a touch up and it smells really good!

Maybelline The Rocket Mascara in Blackest Black

I’ve heard so many good things about Maybelline’s mascaras but when I tried The Falsies, I absolutely hated it. It clumped all over my lashes and made them look terrible. Because of that experience, when I bought this mascara, I wasn’t expecting it to work well on me. Boy was I wrong! The Rocket coats every lash and it makes my eyelashes look full, yet natural. It gives me big and voluminous lashes and I love this to bits!

Revlon Colorstay Eyeshadow Palette in Impressionist

Before I bought this palette, I’ve always been lazy when it came to my eye makeup. Most days I would just coat my lashes with a few coats of mascara and that would be all. Now that I bought this palette, I’ve been wearing a daytime smokey eye every day! I run the bronzey color all over my lid and then put the gray in my crease, blending as I go. After, I line my top and bottom lashlines with a black eyeshadow instead of a heavy liner. I throw on my Rocket mascara and I have a wearable smokey eye for the day! I love this palette so much because it lasts all day without creasing and the colors are pigmented and beautiful.

Skincare

Benefit Total Moisture Facial Cream

When it comes to moisturizers, I’m not picky. I usually just choose a moisturizer that smells good and works for my skin. I really love this Benefit moisturizer because it makes my skin soft and supple and serves as a good mask for night time.

Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash

This face wash smells like roses and it removes makeup quickly and easily. I love how it works together with my Clarisonic Mia to thoroughly clean my skin!

Music

Hillsong United ‘Zion’

After their ‘Cornerstone’ album came out, I didn’t think Hillsong could get any better. I was wrong again. Their use of synthesizers give the album a more techno and modern feel to Hillsong’s already fun feel! I’ve already done a blog post about the new album which you can check out here.

Tiny Tim

Tiny Tim is probably the creepiest, most perverted musician ever. He was popular in the 60’s for his song, Tiptoe Through the Tulips With Me. Although I would never hope to meet him (which I couldn’t anyway since he’s long gone), I really love his songs! They’re so catchy and hilarious to listen to, with his extremely high pitched voice and small ukulele.

People

Zoella

Favorite beauty blogger of the moment, should I say! Zoe’s hilarious humor and her retro style is so appealing! She is very honest and funny and I just love her videos with Louise and Joe! I’ve also done a blog post on her where I included some of my favorites of her YouTube videos. Definitely check out her YouTube page and her blog!

Aaron Tveit

You might recognize Aaron Tveit from Les Miserables, where he plays the dreamy and handsome Enjolras. He truly is an amazing actor and singer and I mean, look at his face! He is pure eye candy!

Those are my February Favorites and I hope you enjoyed them! What are some of your favorites from this month? Let me know!
