Everlane Must Haves

Although I haven’t purchased anything from Everlane, I’ve admired the brand for quite some time. Everlane’s concept is to create simple, basic pieces out of the best fabrics for a fair price. They tell the buyers where every part of the garment is coming from and who is making it, which adds to their credibility. With brands like Forever 21 and Old Navy constantly questioned about the practice of child labor in creating their clothes, it’s refreshing to see a label that cares about their seamstresses and the quality of their product.

The navy Modern Silk Point Collar is a beautiful blue blouse that can be styled all throughout the year. I love the look of a tailored silk shirt tucked into distressed jeans and paired with strappy wedges on a spring day. The Cotton Double-Knit Turtleneck is a must have during the coldest part of winter. To update an otherwise boring turtleneck, I would style it with a fun skirt in a bright color and nude sandals. The Swing Trench is a masterful update on the traditional long trench coat. A basic white tee is an essential in every woman’s wardrobe and the Ryan Long-Sleeve is perfect. It’s a 100% cotton tee that can be styled with any bottom and shoe.
