My parents and sister left me after a week of apartment shopping, home furniture deliveries and hours of fixing up my new place. We spent every day driving back and forth between Home Depot and TJ Maxx as my sister Megan waited patiently in the car. I’m so thankful to have generous and supportive parents who set up a “brand new” home for me for the next three+ years. Their love and guidance through this new stage in my life has been incredible. I’ll never be able to repay them for everything they’ve done for me here at school and throughout my young life. Although it was difficult to say goodbye to them for the next four months, I’ll be face timing, texting and calling them every day. I love you mom and dad!
