My favorite NFL QB and activist Colin Kaepernick might have another chance to start professionally as the Baltimore Ravens explore the possibility of adding him to their roster. I haven’t liked the Ravens since Super Bowl XLVII where they took the victory over the 49ers- my first experience of pure football hatred. On a more recent note, the Ravens desperately need an experienced starter after news of Joe Flacco’s back injury. Baltimore currently has Ryan Mallett and Dustin Vaughan as their backups, but Kaepernick’s speed, strength, and passing abilities are difficult to ignore. Seeing as Kaep’s former 49ers offensive coordinator, Greg Roman, is now the Ravens’ senior offensive assistant and tight ends coach, a jersey and a paycheck could be in the works for the brilliant QB! Here’s hoping the Ravens sign him during Flacco’s rest period. I guess I’ll have to get over my five-year-old hatred…
