Hauʻoli lā hānau dad! Thank you for always being there for me and pushing me to chase after what I want. I would have never come to Baylor without your support (and lack of brainwashing) and would never have my jobs without the kindness you’ve shown to everyone. Even though we disagree on most things now, I’m grateful to know that sports and shopping will always be our mutual truths. Thank you for teaching me to be a little nicer to people even though my face shows otherwise. I’m thankful that you’ve shared my writings and blog posts and have always been there at every band concert (even though they were boring and lasted till 1 am). You are my hero and I love you so much!
