Happy Tuesday everyone! Hopefully the photo above gets your mouth watering because I’m bringing my first ever TIN recipe with you all! Hot chocolate is definitely my favorite hot drink, especially during the winter time. When I saw Minimalist Baker’s recipe for this amazing S’mores Hot Chocolate, I knew I had to make it! Although it looks a bit complex, it was very quick and not that hard to make (with some help from my dad)! Let’s get cracking!
Ingredients (Makes enough for one 16 ounce mug):
2 full length Graham Crackers
Any type of hot chocolate mix (2 packets)
6 large Marshmallows
Chocolate Chips
Nutella or Peanut Butter
1 1/2 cups Milk
Start by mixing the two packets of hot chocolate mix with hot milk into a mug. Grab two full graham crackers and crush it in a plastic bag. Once it is finely crushed, pour it onto a plate.
In a separate mug, cover the rim with your choice of Nutella or peanut butter, and then roll it in graham cracker crumbs.
Pour the hot chocolate into the mug with the graham cracker rim. Toast the marshmallows in a toaster oven or over a stove top until they are crispy and golden brown. Once that is complete, place the marshmallows gently into the mug.
For a tasty finishing touch, pour some of the left over graham cracker crumbs along with chocolate chips over the marshmallows and enjoy!!
