Guerlain Meteorites Pearls in Teint Rose 1
As the perfect setting powder, I believe that I talked about this on my blog once or twice before. It is quite pricey at $60 per jar, but it is amazing! The powder pearls smell like my Chloe perfume and they add such a subtle glow when you use them to set your makeup. This powder is gorgeous and it looks beautiful sitting on my counter!
Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Foundation in B30
I bought this foundation nearly a year ago and I loved it so much! As the months rolled on, I tried out new foundations and sort of just tossed this one of the side. Bad move, Noelle. This foundation is probably my “Holy Grail” foundation of all time. It is extremely lightweight and feels like I’m putting on a BB cream. The coverage is light-medium but it is definitely buildable. The best part about this foundation is that you can apply it in layers without it looking cakey. The plastic container is also helpful for travel so that you don’t have to worry about it breaking or spilling. Overall this is probably the best foundation I’ve ever used!
Chanel Joues Contraste Blush in Rose Petale
I have sort of a love-hate relationship with this blush. Sometimes it looks gorgeous and glowing on my skin, but other times, it looks blotchy and red. Because of it’s light consistency, I’ve been loving using this blush on my cheeks during the Spring because I won’t have to worry about it looking blotchy. It has a subtle shimmer which is gorgeous. It is also a pricey product at $45, but it is very worth it. Another plus is that it smells like Chanel’s Chance perfume! Lovely!
Maybelline Color Tattoo in Tough As Taupe
I’m not much of a fan of cream shadows because I find that they never stay on my lids without creasing. This one however, is amazing! The shadow is so pigmented and high quality that it stays on my eyes all day without smudging or creasing! I love this color to use for smokey eyes. Although I heard a lot about the shadow in “Bad to the Bronze”, I didn’t care much for that color.
Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick in Plum Jam
Sorry guys, I realized that I accidentally deleted the picture of the Gloss Stick from my phone. Anyway, this balm is probably one of the best ones I’ve ever used! It goes on very sheer but the consistency is buildable. It adds a gorgeous rosey-plum color to my lips. Getting to the best part, the gloss! I’ve never tried a balm stick with so much sheen to it. Using this Gloss Stick is like using a tinted lip balm and a gloss all in one! It’s not stick and it stays all day!
Loreal Nail Varnish in Lacy Lilac
If you really know me, you’ll know that I absolutely hate painting my nails. I hate waiting for the polish to dry and it always seems to chip on the first day. During the Spring time however, I absolutely love nail polish. The different pastels and fluorescent colors are always gorgeous! This Loreal polish is creamy and opaque. It lasts up to a week without chips or smudges and the color is beautiful!
Skincare
Clarisonic Refreshing Gel Cleanser
I’ve been in the market for a new cleanser because I ran out of my Bliss face wash recently. When I got my Clarisonic Mia 2 for my birthday, a sample of this came with it and when I used it, I loved it! The gel consistency is interesting and it feels like a layer of film over my skin as I’m washing my face. I can feel my skin tingling when I use this which is lovely! It doesn’t have a strong scent and overall, it’s just an excellent cleanser!
Music
REO Speedwagon
Although I’m young and REO Speedwagon isn’t touring anymore, I still love them! I received my love of Rock and Roll from my mom who always listened to 80’s music. This is one of my favorite songs from the band and I’m always listening to them!
The Police
Another group that I learned from my mom, The Police is incredible. Sting’s voice is so unique and the quality of their music is unlike any band today!
I would love to hear what some of your favorites from April are! Let me know in the comments or send me an email!
