I wrote a post a few days ago about my everyday makeup and I wanted to refer back to that post for today’s one. Most of the people that read my blog are students or hard working women who must often transition their daytime makeup to a night out look. I used the same products for this look as I did for my everyday makeup, but I made a few tweaks. I kept the natural, fresh face that I created using the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous Foundation and the Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage. The eyebrows were bushy and bold thanks to my favorite Anastasia Brow Wiz and the cheeks were flushed with the Bare Minerals Loose Blush. My eye look started off by using the the shimmery champagne shade (third from the right) all over the lid and the medium brown (third from the left) in the crease for definition with a hint of the warm chocolate shade (second from the left) in the outer corner. To transition the makeup into a nighttime look, I applied the cool brown (second from right) all over the lid and gradually built up the espresso shade (outermost right) in the crease and outer corner. I layered on more of the Bare Minerals Flawless Definition Mascara over the previous coat. I kept the lips as they were with MAC Plumful Lipstick and Bare Minerals Lipgloss.
How do you transition your makeup from day to night?
